RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for orders placed with Nitro Nature.
30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To request one, contact us at support@nitronature.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
No Return Shipping Required
For health and safety reasons, we do not require supplement products — opened or unopened — to be shipped back to us. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed without requiring you to return the product. We reserve the right to request photos of the product and/or packaging before approving a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nitronature.com with your order number and photos of the item received. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to decline a refund request in the following cases:
- No proof of purchase (order number or receipt) can be provided
- The request is made more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards
- We reasonably believe the request to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith (for example, repeated refund requests from the same customer or household)
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and card processing times may add additional delay beyond our control. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at support@nitronature.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the guarantee above applies.
